For Halloween in 2014, I had just moved to Oregon with no money, and I’d been employed for about five minutes. But with my art supplies, and access to my mom’s fabric remnants, I was able to make an Audrey II puppet while spending only thirteen dollars. One dollar was for the plaid bowtie, but dressing as Seymour Krelborn was otherwise free. I just look like that.
